I can't believe how the weather has been in Louisiana. It is so nice! I was actually able to sit outside without breaking out into a sweat. The Cajun Air Festival is this weekend............not to thrilled about it since I live practically next to the airport. I have been to one airshow and that one ended in disaster and I swore to myself I would never go back to one. It was May 5,1996 and I was pregnant with my 4 year old. It was my first Air Show and I was hesitant about going but Chris talked me into it and I ended up going. I never went because my thinking was that I would go and a plane would crash and that is exactly what ended up happening. Alot of people thought it was part of the show, but I could tell it wasn't. When the plane crashed, it crashed hard. I was thinking there is no way someone could live through that. And the scary part was is that we were 100-200 yards away from the crash.........The sad part of it all was his wife and children were watching from the control tower...............Sorry for the depressing post, I just hope that sort of thing doesn't happen again.

In reference to your post about homosexuality, here is someone else who has problems........"I am also 100% against homosexuality and I believe homosexuals (including lesbians and bisexuals) ought to be put in mental hospitals before they degenerate society and our children's morals even further!!! Hehehe, that sounds like me! I love animals esp. kitties. In fact I just got a 5 week old siamese a couple of days ago, a gift from Chris:O) So now I have two kitties, well one big fat cat that weighs about 15 lbs and he is trying to get used to the new family member. He is a giant compared to the little kitten, she only weighs maybe a pound. Yes, I would have a houseful of cats if I could.

Awwww, Jay! That is so sweet of you, thanks for the well wishes:O) And thanks for the email. I am doing better, lots better in fact. I do know now that yes it was a darn bug. My oldest daughter was sick Monday and then Chris was not feeling well for a couple of days, so something must be going around.
I never mentioned this previously in a post, but my hair was down past the middle of my back and I cut it all off and now sadly I am starting to regret it. I cut it for one reason only: My son was pulling out my hair and getting it caught in places.......well places hair shouldn't have been. I loved my hair, since I was a wee one I had always wanted really long hair....I mean long like you know that singer's hair what's her name? Crystal Gayle or something like that. But anyway I finally got it the length that I liked and I cut it off. Everyone says it's "cute" Bleh, I don't wanna be "cute" I wanna be sexy, lol Oh well I am gettin used to this bob cut I guess, I mean it will grow back right?
I do have pictures I wanna post, but may have to make a new page for them, something I will probably never get around to doing......at least not anytime soon..........

If you are a regular reader well then you have probably noticed that I do not post much during weekends if at all. Reason being: I like to spend time with my family, simple enough right? This weekend though I was spending time with the toilet. ( Nope I won't get into any details.) Let me just say that Friday night into early Saturday morning I was sick, sick, sick. I really wanted to go to the hospital, but didn't. At first I thought it was food poisoning, but I don't think that was the case since no one else in my family got sick. I just think it was some sort of virus.............alright enough talk about sickness , my stomach is starting to turn thinking about it. I did get better and we even went out to eat at one of my favourite restaurants, Chili's.......I love the bloomin onion:O) And I even had a drink, with actual alcohol!! It has been like 2 years since I had anything to drink. And no I didn't get blitzed outta my mind (even though I wouldn't have minded) Anyway a weekend that started out bad actually turned out pretty good....................And my AOL is still screwed up so if anyone needs or wants to get in touch with me, you can send mail here.
