I have not blogged in awhile because we have been busy looking at houses to buy and we think we have found the right one for us. For the past 8 years we have rented and we feel like we are throwing our money away so we decided to start looking.Hopefully if everything goes the way it is supposed to we will have a house under contract sometime this week, and if not well that will just suck.
